Joe has been in the automotive industry for over 32 years. He managed Carter Chevy and Mazda stores just prior to joining Southern in 2015. Joe brings a desirable combination of strong industry experience and savvy business acumen to our customers and team.

Charlie Brisson
SOUTHERN CT, NY & NJ

Charlie already had 15 years of experience in the auto industry when he joined Southern in 2003. He was also an active Southern customer for many years before joining our team, so he knows firsthand how to best serve our customers.

UPSTATE NY & VT

Steve joined the Southern Sales Team in 2004 after spending five years in a similar role at an auto auction in upstate New York. With more than 25 years of experience in the auto auction business, Steve is an invaluable resource for our team and customers.

Arbitration

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Sometimes a purchased vehicle is not quite as expected or represented. This seldom happens, but when it does the arbitration department is here to help.
The arbitration department is an independent third party for sale transactions. Team members are trained to investigate and determine if a sales transaction has complied with all Southern Auto Auction policies, conditions, and sales terms. We are committed to ensuring every transaction is honest and transparent.
